Marianne, a Licensed Realtor® since 1988 began her real estate career in the Greater Toronto Area. She brings many years of experience in Residential and Condo resale properties in both the GTA and OTTAWA. Her management experience in New Construction for an Ottawa Builder and invaluable construction knowledge, along with attaining a Carleton University BA as a mature student in 2003, added to her already comprehensive business and societal acumen. Marianne is also a skilled and gifted "merchandiser", accredited in Industry Staging techniques. Her Marketing and Social Media skills are strategically used to drive buyers to our seller's properties.
